Taco Bell - Jacksonville

This is the WORST Taco Bell I've ever... Is the order on the screen correct? Yeah, I say... Is the order in my bag correct? NIE! The service is TERRIBLE. I recommend going to Anniston over Jacksonville, believe me... It is WORTH the ride if you don't want to drive sometimes an hour to the 1 car at a time thru and actually want what you ordered. This Taco Beell has been TERRIBLE lately... It is really sad!!!

The TB menu here is great, staff is friendly my only complaint is how many people are always in the Drive-Thru line. It will always stretch at least 6 cars deep out of the order menu, moreover quite solid only ready to wait a little.

Order was wild wrong, each item was either wrong or not specified. Terrible customer service. The food was bad. The only thing that was right was the return. No confirmation of receipt. Don't recommend going here.

When I opened the door to go to an employee, I said I had to wait outside. There were only 6 people in the restaurant. I went back and waited for 10 minutes, then I saw a lady walked in from the other side and they let her in the line while I waited 10 minutes to say that I could come back. So I left. The girl who told me I had to wait outside could have been a little nicer and she should have let me come since she left the other lady at her entrance to the house.

I'm never disappointed in the price or quality at Taco Bell. As a vegetarian, especially, it is one of my mainstays. I love the bean burrito add jalapenos and the spicy potato soft taco. ?
