Cook Out - Jacksonville

They've come a long way since opening. Their floats and shakes are pretty good. Ordered a corn dog plate for the kids and they loved it. It's reasonably priced and service and food quality have definitely improved.

Cashier at the window had us wait for 10 minutes before letting us order and couldn’t have been more bothered that we were there and (gasp) ordering food. Quality’s gotten worse and worse over the years, but it’s gotten worse every week for the last few months. They need a hiring fair or something.

I ordered a burger tray with chicken quesadilla and fries. They forgot my fries and my Chicken quesadilla had like little to no chicken, had it remade and receive the exact same amount of chicken as the last one. I complained, and was told that they where about out and that is all I would can get.
