Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the brownie Oreo cupfection. My favorite treat at dairy Queen and my always go to. I guess they are trying to ration the ice cream or something. Look at these photos, this was an absolute waste of money and an absolute dismal display ofquality. I won't be returning to this location. If the franchisee or the manager would like to reach out to me, I would bewilling to discuss this failure. Edit: Wow. You can see the bot auto respond to this complaint. The people running thislocation can't even be bothered to read and honestly respond to complaints. The bot even disingenuously says they appreciate myfeedback even though it obviously wasn't read.
13966 Village Lake Cir location Absolute WORST experience at a DQ ever. Had to get refunded after 20 minute wait. Bri, the cashier was extremely rude to myself and other customers. She was continually rolling her eyes at any and all inquiries. She wasrude to her co-workers as well. She should never work in customer service again. She was carelessly throwing around Doordashfood that was prepped and ready. The whole experience was terrible. Glad they refunded me but I'll never be back. What a wasteof my time.
The Dairy Queen at Bartram Park has the most rudest girl at the counter I have ever experienced. I went inside the lobby about 12:30pmi on Saturday 9/17 and only 3 other customers was in side the lobby and the drive thur had about 2 cars so they were notbusy at all. I received DQ coupons in the mail I used the signature combo coupon and I wanted to the .99 cent Blizzardcoupon. The girl at the counter said she couldn't and wouldn't do that because it would be 2 coupons person. I explained thatin the writing on the coupon it says only 1 item per coupon that means I could only get one Blizzard per coupon not that Icouldn't use both coupons one for the meal and one the Blizzard. I then so could you take another order for the Blizzard andshe said no one coupon per customer. I said ok I will go out of the restaurant and come back in and have you ring me up for theBlizzard Coupon. She replied you do what you want here your food, I said really she then said look you got your food just getout. On this day there were 3 managers in train and I went to talk with them and the same girl at the counter said that theycan't help me there only managers in training. I was like WOW! I told there what happened anyway and they said they reallycouldn't do anything and would talk with the manager who was training them. Over all I will save my money and never go intothat DQ again. Although I do have a Podcast talk radio show and this will be a very good topic. Sorry DQ your going to get badpress to about 9,000 Jacksonville Florida listing fans.
Arrived about an hour before close. It was evident they were in close mode and chose to restock then take care of customers. Ordered a blizzard and chocolate dipped cone. They hold the all time DQ record for order wait time. They had plenty of staffjust poorly managed. Then I understood why this place has customer service issues. The manager/supervisor was also in closemode. When we did get our order they were very good.
I just had a really bad experience in this store! The blonde young lady on Night Shift in the drive through is totally disrespectful, rude and unprofessional! The food was cold and watered soda. But the main reason for the review is that rudeperson dealing with people! Don?t spend your money where you not welcome!
