Subway - Jacksonville

My husband's and our roommate's sandwiches were good and as ordered. However, mine was disappointing. Despite ordering spinach and tomato through the app, they were missing from my sandwich. I even double-checked to ensure I didn't forget to add them. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of avocado and an overpowering taste of oregano on it.

Marcey, Miss Jackie, Maryanna, and Trashelia were all excellent. I would highly recommend working with them. They always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome in their establishment.

Please double-check your meatballs to ensure you are being served the correct amount!! This restaurant has a tendency to skimp on portions. I brought up this issue with the manager, but apparently my previous complaint was not relayed to him. He requested that I return to show him the missing meatball, but the high gas prices and inconvenience of driving back and forth multiple times deterred me. Nevertheless, here is a photo of the discrepancy.

The young man was very kind, but obviously in training. We repeated our order multiple times. That was no problem, but he toasted our meatball sandwich then put cold bacon on it??? The place was clean and he did tell us they would be closing in 30minutes. We sat down and my son had his sandwich out eating it when a you girl hollered at us I 'm sorry the dinning roomcloses at 9:30. We looked on the door before we came in AND the guy told us 10:00. There is NO sign stating they close thearea early, and good grief, if you need to tell me something can 't you walk over to me to say it instead of yelling it out? RUDE tone, Rude behavior from her. The guy was great.

My husband was given the wrong bread and they did not ask if he wanted it toasted, they just toasted it. The vegetables were old looking and dried up. The two workers were rude and did not seem interested in doing their job. The food was not freshtasting
