Wendy's - Jacksonville

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. We placed an order through the app in the evening when we were too tired to cook. The chili we received was watery and looked like it had been diluted. Instead of receiving two large portions, we got 10-12 small bowls of water with beans and onions. When my husband returned to the restaurant with the food, the night manager refused to give a refund and kept all the food. I called to speak to a supervisor and was met with insults and cursing. It was a hassle to get a refund for the horrible food. The restaurant refused to give money back through the app, so we had to contact the corporate office. The staff at this restaurant is disrespectful and dishonest, even when they know they are at fault.

I ordered taco salads but they were out of chips. I decided to switch my order to chili instead. However, I did not receive a refund for the price difference.

Get rid of the rude girl with unkempt dreadlocks and replace her with someone who is competent and caring in their job.

Alexis is Amazing!! Such a great addition to the Wendy's team.. So I come thru the drive thru.. Ready to order my food.. When i realize there are New Menu items(Haven't been in a while) I hesitantly ask what goes on each burger,she guided me thru the whole Menu,most people get agitated having to answer what goes on each burger,but she answered with no hesitation and stayed pleasant thru the entire process.. After finally deciding what I want .. I get to the Window and then decide I want French Fries lol.. Such like a woman to never know what she wants right lol . I kindly asked if I can add it to my order and she said yes with a smile,McDonalds would of told me drive around but any who.. My whole experience was great. The food was hot and I had no problems at all, Thankfully.. Because of Alexis and the great experience she gave me I will definitely be coming back. She made the experience great !! #TeamAlexis

The service is slow slow slow slow slow. If you 're wanting fast food, go somewhere else. If you 're willing to wait around for 20-30 minutes for your meal, go to a different restaurant.
