Dunkin' - Jamaica

This dunkin is never open on time. Everyday it's the same routine. These people open when they feel like it's necessary. NEVER ON TIME!!!!!!

They don't accept the dunkin app. Also, I ordered a medium iced cappuccino with whipped cream and caramel and the bill was $7, usually it's around $5.40. Unprofessional staff. Long lines.

I ordered the little donut bites and a tea. Got the tea and after 15min waiting and seeing others after me being served I asked about the small donuts and was told they didn?t have any. To just take a big donut instead. No manager for refund. To be fairshe did offer me another glazed donut after I was staring at the large donuts for quite some time but not great to be honest.Really not great. Also they only take card. Order on the screens and pay with card only.

Was checking out their donut display Older gentlemen wanted to buy water and the clerk said everything goes thru the kioska He didn't understand so instead of helping him ...... she ignored him so a ramp agent jumped in to help before I could Yeah ......not giving them my business based on what I saw
