The food is excellent, and the lunch specials are fantastic. I have no complaints about either the food or the service.

In my latest order, I even specified that the chef should use the Drunken Noodle sauce, not Chow Fun sauce, but nothing has changed. I am very disappointed. If I had flat rice noodles, I could easily whip up something far superior that truly resembles genuine Drunken Noodles. It shouldn't be that hard for an experienced chef to figure it out! A quick YouTube search for the recipe would provide all the necessary ingredients: soy sauce, oyster sauce, Thai basil, palm sugar, garlic, and chilies. Living in the area, there aren't many Thai restaurants to choose from, which is why I keep coming back to this place, hoping they will one day perfect their Drunken Noodles. It's just disheartening that nothing has improved.

I am absolutely in love with the vegetarian General Tso's seitan! The restaurant offers a great selection of vegetarian options, featuring a dedicated section on the menu that includes delicious tofu and seitan dishes.

Excellent food and service! My son and I went here for the first time. I had the mango roll it was so delicious! My son had the volcano roll he enjoyed his as well. The atmosphere was nice, friendly staff! I highly recommend Wild GingerIII will definitely be returning!
