Dairy Queen Grill And Chill

I had a strange experience at the restaurant today. I went in hoping to order a Twist, but I was informed that they don’t offer that option and don’t “have” Twist. Thinking there might have been a misunderstanding, I requested a mix of vanilla and chocolate instead. However, I was told, “We don’t do that.” It was made clear to me that they simply don’t have Twist available. Twist has always been my favorite treat, and it’s a staple at every Dairy Queen I’ve visited. I wasn't sure if they were just out of it or if Corporate had made a decision to sell only vanilla now. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed.

Dairy queen gets very busy, but it's worth the wait. Every employee is sweet and work great together.

My son ordered a blizzard on 5/5/24 6pm and ended up spending 1 hour+ at the hospital because of a peanut allergy. You guys need to start washing things between orders!

This place used to be good. It is trash now I think it’s under new ownership. Bunch of kids sitting around swearing, old food that has been sitting out all day gave me melted sundaes with no lid on them Save your money and go to Milton Avenue.

We had a great experience here today. All the staff were in such a good mood. We received Welcome in! , Let me grab some ketchups for you , Thanks for coming, have a great day . Lots of smiles. It was nice to have such a positive atmosphere at a fast food restaurant. Will stop in again.
