The people here were so nice and friendly. great food every time.

First time to be there since our move from VA, happy to have it near me again. Worth the 35 mile drive for sure from IL. It will be my pit stop before I go thrifting! The service was so caring and excellent. I am on keto and they made if for me special with no bun! The price was very cost affective for all that meat I had ordered! I love their pickles because they have a great flavor to them! Was able to meet my best friend and catch up it was her first time! She loved it too!

Super helpful staff on their Sunday night shift, along with some great food! 10/10

The food at firehouse is great every time, but the reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because of the uncomfortable times I’ve had there as a woman. Each and every time I order my food when a man named KJ (I’m pretty sure that was the name on his tag) is working he has looked down at my cleavage multiple times without trying to hide his stares. Really disappointed that nobody has talked to him about his creepiness towards young girls.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We were the only people in the restaurant when we ordered. Slowly other people started coming in, and there were maybe 7 of us total there. We sat for 30 minutes waiting for our food before we asked for a refund. The cashier didn't know how to give a refund so they received $23 of our money for free. The place was absolutely filthy. I heard one of the people behind the counter say easy on the lettuce, that's all we have right there and it was brown and gross. Update. I did speak with the general manager who was very professional and apologetic. He offered us a refund.
