Mcdonald's - Janesville

Food was hot and fresh. All special requests were done correctly. Friendly service. They were rather busy so there was a slight wait. The staff did a great job working through the rush and keeping positive attitudes that make you want to come back to this classic place.

The service was exceptional! Friendly and fast (I went in to order). They took my order straight away and got it right. Food was fresh and hot.

Even though this McDonalds was super busy, they were on point. I did have to wait quite awhile just for two cheeseburgers but I ended up with these free breakfast sandwich gift cards without even asking.

Just ran in for a specific drink they have. As always that one machine for that flavor not working. So often no matter what flavor drink I ask for or if stop for an ice cream treat that machine broken. Have to say though the young lady that waited on me was very sweet and had pretty red flowers in her hair. She made me smile so I added a star.

We got our food, and the nuggets tasted fine. But both of the QTR Pounders were definitely not cooked to order. The cheese hardly melted on the burger, and it was cold! The service was fine. But the food was lacking.
