Qdoba Mexican Eats - Janesville

I placed an order using the app. It was very user friendly. Walked in and my food was ready to go! Friendly staff and delicious food.

Staff is always friendly and today was just the same. Food is great and fast! This place is what the standard for other QDOBA restaurants should be.

I like this place, I enjoy the large burritos they make here. The food is always fresh and I have yet to be disappointed. My only gripe is that I would like to see more variations for my food. There isn't much for replacing items you don't like. It's minor though, so I still highly recommend it. Think of this place like a step up from typical Tex-mex food. Great quality and size for a hungry individual.

I had ordered a Mandarin Jarritos drink and I ended up with Lime. I don’t know how they could screw this up. All the rest of the order was correct. I’m a little upset.

This is my second experience with issues at this Qdoba location. The first time, I found raw chicken in my burrito bowl. After some time off, I decided to give it another shot, but after today’s visit, I think I'll be choosing a different location. I ordered takeout, and when I picked it up, it was a complete disaster. It seemed like the person handling takeout orders was unhappy and just carelessly packed everything. This is simply unacceptable. Someone needs to be held accountable. The nachos were a total mess, and the tacos looked like they had been tossed into the container without care. They didn’t seem warmed up at all and were in pieces. Overall, today was a complete waste of money, as the quality was clearly lacking.
