Good Evening, I just wanted to let someone know how rude one of your employees were. I was picking up DoorDash order and was standing over where the orders are put after made. I stood there for 3 customers to get their order and finally Hailey asked me if I was picking up. I said yes, and she very rudely said “if you’re here for door dash orders you need to check in over there where the sign is”. I did not see the sign that was as big as a business card. I said, so I was standing here all this time and no one could say ANYTHING??? She rudely sign you see the sign over there. When my order came up 30 minutes later, hailey handed me the order and said nothing. Will not pick up from this place ever again.

This rip off establishment is twice as expensive as my favorite coffee shop downtown! And twice as less the quality of Bodacious brew downtown. Starbucks in general is super mediocre to low quality coffee drinks and all you Starbucks cult fans are literally paying double the price for half the quality JUST MERELY for the slight convenience of a drive through ??‍ it’s really not worth it people.(Small 2 shot red eye alone at Starbucks $6 ..a large 4shot redeye with simple syrup and steamed half and half $5.01at Bodacious and it’s 3x’s as good!! No doubt!
