Wendy's - Janesville

The food was amazing, and the staff were incredibly nice—it's hard to put into words just how wonderful they were!

We had just frostys from our local wendy’s on milton ave in janesville wisconsin. the frosters were not thick. they were more like a chocolate shaker. my 4 years old son could drink his sipp beaker. when I called the load to complain to me, the manager said they came out of the machine because of the heat. he said he couldn't do anything about it. He said I should put her in the freezer. he didn't offer me any new ones. he wasn't very kind. I'm not happy.

This is a clean and friendly restaurant. I brought some coupons to use, and the staff was very helpful in guiding us through the menu based on the flavors we were interested in. I definitely plan to return, and I'm excited to see that the dining area for counter service is open, in addition to the drive-thru.

I wouldn't recommend this Wendy's! Every time I've visited, they've messed up my order. Today, the woman at the window was talking over me and refused to correct my order. I definitely won't be returning!

I haven't had my order correct in over a year. I ordered lunch for my team today, and every single item was wrong. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. From now on, I’ll be going to the other location in Janesville.
