The hotel was a little outdated... I guess it needs repairs.. but customer service was nice and friendly

Mobile Signal from all networks (e.g. Smart, Globe, Dito, etc. are terribly weak in this area.

So expensive room rates. Not budget friendly. And when I arrived at the reception desk, no one is around to cater and facilitate your needs and queries. Not recommended.

Ambiance and warm fun atmospher specially the staff, very welcoming and smilling staffs, Suggestions: the point that your hotel has no communicatuon signal you need to share your wifi password for us to enjoy your service. AMBIANCE STAFF FOOD SERVICE SIGNAL

**What I Didn’t Like:** - Some guests were quite loud and disruptive, singing as if they were the only ones at the pool. - The pool water was murky due to too much chlorine, and I left feeling a bit unwell after my vacation. - The internet connection was not sufficient for work; while it was usable, other hotels we've stayed at had much better internet service. I would certainly return for a relaxing stay, but I would be hesitant to swim if the pool remains in its current murky state.
