Carl's Jr. - Jerome

Always delicious food! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive! There's an employee named Hope who is truly outstanding!

Portions were tiny, very surprising for Carl's Jr. The three piece chicken strips were smaller than fingers. The California burger was all sauce with a tiny piece of lettuce. They still have the zucchini on the menu but stopped serving it recently.

The lobby closed over an hour earlier than the posted time. During our drive-thru order, we were given one fry less than what we had paid for. Unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning. On a positive note, the parking lot was clean, at least.

It's a bit of a gamble here. The experience really depends on who is working. There's one very unfriendly man who will just stare at you until you place your order—no greeting or anything—though he does make a good burger. Then there are two young women who simply don't deliver on quality, and it’s unlikely you'll get a decent burger from them. However, there’s another young woman who works there often and does a great job. Unfortunately, today I ended up with the two less skilled workers. I ordered a jalapeño burger, and it came with only three slices of jalapeño, way too many soggy tomatoes, and cold buns, all served with limp, stale fries.

Service was slow. Food was alright. Not as good as I expected. This experience will make me think twice before stopping at another Carl's Jr. again.
