Oh Jersey, you've done it once more! You blessed me with sunshine, introduced me to wonderful people, and treated me to an abundance of champagne. This time, you also bestowed upon me one of my favorite afternoon teas of the year. Bohemia, a Michelin-starred restaurant located within the Club Hotel & Spa in Jersey, is expertly led by the talented chef Steve Smith and his team. The afternoon tea is meticulously crafted under the guidance of head baker Ellen de Jager.
