Kwok's Great Wall - Jersey City

The worst Chinese food I ever had. general tso’s huh was overly sweet, broccoli bark was gummy, chicken lo mien was tasteless, and ice-dried soup was emptied.

I've been ordering from Kwok's for years. I'm not sure if now they refuse to wear hair nets but I found hair in 3 different orders of food and not a single strand. There was 3-4 hairs in each food. Stay away if you don't want to eat someone else hair because when you tell them they tell you that its your hair even though its long and black. We have 4 males in home with short haircuts so please explain how it is ours. Customer now lost considering were lying to get free food as they put it. I taped the hair on the boxes so they know im not lying.

Not very good. I told them 2 times that I wanted my fries and chicken not hard. When I got home and opened my food the fries and chicken were both hard. This was really angered me because as I stated before I told them 2 times how I wanted my order. I will not be going back there again!!!!

Reading these negative reviews I am gobsmacked! Everytime I have eaten their food I was very pleased! Never had it delivered. Breaded pork chops, half a chicken, pork fried rice superb.Carried it out.Waited no more than 15 minutes.

Quick and simple, no-frill Chinese takeout place. Their wonton soup is better than local places, and delivery is very fast.
