Contribuisci feedbackThis Starbucks is incredibly slow. I waited for 25 minutes, and this is not the first time I've experienced such a long wait. I am eagerly anticipating the opening of the stand-alone Starbucks. However, Nikki is an awesome employee! In terms of parking, there are numerous handicapped spots, making it difficult to find regular parking close to the entrance.
We were really excited to try the Caramel Ribbon and Strawberry Açaí drinks at the restaurant. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our order. My drink tasted like regular strong coffee without the caramel drizzle, and my husband's drink was watery. We were both very upset with the quality of our drinks and felt that it was not worth the money. It seems like the new staff at the restaurant may not know how to make these drinks properly.
If you're looking to wait 25 minutes for your drinks, be sure to check out this Starbucks! It's clear that the staff here are not well-trained, as they seem to be lost when it comes to making drinks. They are running around in circles even when there are hardly any orders to fill. Better to choose a different Starbucks!
The service was good the ladies at the register were really nice they made my drink really good compared to all the other starbuck's I went to.
Had a cappuccino great service was good . staff was nice too .
