Kauai Virgin Active Bedfordview

This the last time I am ordering at this Kauai on Mr D. 2 days in a row where my order is wrong. I complained as yesterday was the second time I got a wrong order. Yesterday I got a vegan bar instead of a keto bar. Mr D refunded me and I ordered the same today. Today I did not even get the bar, just the smoothie. Absolutely ridiculous. I can't even imagine what the service must be like when you actually dine in. Very disappointed.

Bought a chai latte this morning take away. Received with powder allover the lid. Tasted like flavored water, not creamy, not frothy at all, with blob of powder here and there and a big blob at the bottom of the cup. Disappointing.

I ordered a prince wrap and a smoothie via Uber Kauai Bedfordview end of 2019, and there was no slip attached to it. The order arrived without the drink, and when I began eating the wrap, it wasn't even a prince wrap it had chicken in it and was boring. Uber only refunded me for the drink because I only realised after I complained and started eating my wrap, that it was also the wrong wrap. Today, I ordered a mexican bean wrap and asked for additional chicken. Again arrived with NO slip attached to identify the order, and it had ZERO chicken! Although Uber has refunded me, I am very annoyed with the lack of attention your staff pay to Uber orders. They clearly just don't care. I will never order from this branch again.

I have desperately tried to give this kauai a chance time and time again. Compared to its counterparts in other gyms, it is truly pathetic. They skimp on ingredients, it takes a Hundred years to arrive (every single time, even if there are no other customers) and the ladies are forever chattering and eating behind the counter. No cares given. Truly not one given.

Very bad service. Staff may be friendly but that does not help when it takes almost 40 min for a poached egg. Whatever you do.... Be prepared to wait for anything you order. Also... The quantity of food in most diahes is the barwst minimum. When you order a Balanced Breakfast, you assume when it says ..Beef sausage that you will get a decent and whole sausage, not 4 teeny tiny slices of a cocktail sausage. 1 slice of very dry, burnt and cold toast. The tablespoon of mushrooms were hard dry and cold. This is not once off... Its happened numerous times and with a variety of dishes. And if you complain..... You will wait even longer. They have no customer skills..ie... Give the customer a decent answer when you querry as to when will you be getting your food. Communication is zero. Food is also extremely expensive for what you get. Definitely zero value for my money.
