Had an unfortunate incident with a very rude customer who decided her entitlement would supersede everyone else's shopping experience . Well unfortunately for her, I asked the manager for assistance and it was dealt with swiftly. The fact that other customers came to me and said thank you, well done and congratulations for standing up to that Karen...sometimes being gatvol works. Sommer report them straight to management so you don't have to deal with their nonsense. Well done to the team, from security who went to get the manager, to the manager and the lovely ladies at the till. Fish guy is always the best. Dankie julle. Ndo livhuwa. Hard enough being new in an area without having to deal with the different Karens one comes across in the world. And as I said to that girl child, next time just be considerate and speak nicely to another human being. Word to the wise. ...not trying to be a meme out here on these streets...

Nice store but the manager needs to be hands on, need to retain and get new clients not loose them

Great service. Great store. But im sure if you look at its figures ......it'll come up tops . Coffee shop kitchen could be better.
