Domino's Pizza - Johns Island

Joshua Broach, the General Manager, is truly outstanding. He consistently provides efficient service and always leaves me smiling. If you've had any past issues at this location, I encourage you to come back and give it another chance. Under his leadership, the store has been in excellent condition. I also urge you to update your reviews after your visit, as the current rating deserves to be at least 4 stars—thanks to Josh's efforts.

Unfortunately, my order was completely incorrect. I only requested a hand-tossed pepperoni pizza and some Parmesan bread twists, but the only item I received correctly was the bread twists. The pizza I was given had pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, and something else that I couldn't identify, but it was definitely not what I ordered.

I would suggest going elsewhere. The staff was impolite, and it was clear that none of them, including the manager, wanted to assist me. When two employees were left alone, they struggled to process the popular, long-standing $5.99 mix and match deal. I initially walked out due to their rudeness, but later returned after spotting a manager in the parking lot. While he offered to take my order, he didn't acknowledge or apologize for the unprofessional behavior. Ultimately, I left without making a purchase because I prefer to spend my hard-earned money at places where the staff is friendly. It was a truly disappointing experience, especially considering it's located less than a mile from my workplace.

Horrible pizza made, with Horrible customer service. And this is also including management. Chris the manager at this location is rude, hangs up on customers, has no customer service training. I have sent Domino's headquarters two separate emails, andnever heard anything back, so I guess they are ok with rude people managing there stores, and making nasty pizza. Avoid thislocation at all cost. Unless you want pizza that looks like a 3 year old made it.

The staff are extremely rude. I called to order pizzas for a school event and lets just say that the staff was very nasty. Before I could finish my sentence I was immediately shut down. NOPE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, I AM THE ONLY ONE HERE AND WILL NOT BEDOING IT. Imagine being a customer and call and get that response at 1030am. I apologize that it is short staff but there isnever a reason to be rude.
