Domino's Pizza - Johnson City

Good location. Fast service. Employees are loyal for the work. Other location’s employee making mistakes many times to read the instructions, what we ordered, which is I think closed. Anna is great.

Ordered a pizza today around 230. At around 300 received a call from store employee stating that his manager had to step out and he could not leave the store and my pizza was going to be late. I was impressed that he called and gave me Warning of the situation. I told him not to worry things happen and not his fault. I received my pizza in about 20 minutes. Brought me plates and napkins offered me a drink but didn’t need any. I have ordered here before and my pizza took FOREVER however I received an email to redeem a free pizza. Now I’m wondering in a time when businesses are mostly all short staffed, if you need it in a hurry why don’t you pick it up yourself or order early. There is only so much they can do.

We placed an order in store tonight. As I waited I learned they had briefly lost power in the store and they were quickly getting behind. Well in the time I stood in the store waiting for my order, I saw the most amazing crew get a job done with incredible team work and speed. They stayed positive and never spoke in a rude tone to anyone even though they were pushed to their limits. Well done guys, I want you to know you are greatly appreciated!

I love the dips and bread twist salads wonderful always good never have problems with this store. THANKS Shirley Harvey. Give these kids a break it's hard when you only have 3 or 4 people working because nobody wants a job it's always good if not they make it right.....

Usually It would be 5 stars, but last 2 times order was wrong as this last time no sauces I paid, and there were no icings in my cinnamon twist and I paid extra
