The restaurant is really nice, very clean, the staff was so welcoming. Our waitress was very good at her job and polite. My husband loved his food, he ordered chopped BBQ ,cream potatoes and gravy w/ side of beans. And I really wish I would have listened to him. “Don’t go to a bbq restaurant and order fish or chicken” i did just that. First I ordered the fish and chips w/ f.f , bad idea, my fish was gooey, like batter and there was a chunk of something in the middle of my fish that was hard. So i told the waitress. She apologized more then a handful of times, got me a fresh plate of chicken tenders. They was done, freshly cooked but didn’t have much taste. They didn’t charge me for the fish. Im thankful for the exchange. So I highly recommend you order a pork item and you will probably be very satisfied. The cream potatoes and gravy was delicious as well. Im not sure when we will get to visit one again since there isn’t one near us in North Carolina, but if there was I would go again.

The place is great we eat there often they always make us feel as if we are family highly recommend them to everyone also Steve the waiter is one of there best we recommend him as well.

My family has been to Smokey Bones on a number of occasions for both lunch and dinner and we have always had great food and super service. The hosts were kind friendly, the servers went above to make sure we had excellent meals, full drinks, and timely service. We’ve been there when it’s been slow and busy, yet they always kept us updated on our meals’ progress. The servers are chatty and funny but not intrusive. Good food I’ve had to consider trying- Pulled pork, BBQ ribs, brisket (get there early, it sells out! , Smokehouse Chicken, Smoked Wings, Stacked Baked Potato, Steak Spinach Salad. Personally I don’t go to a place like this to get a burger or caesar salad, ya know? Sometimes on the weekend you might have to wait... but where don’t you wait in JC?! I hope you enjoy Smokey Bones and their staff as much as we do!

I came in for an early Fourth of July lunch and I was met with very fast service. They have an excellent staff and my server, Maya, was very nice and attentive. She made sure I had everything we needed and kept my drink full. The Long Island was to die for!! The food came out quick, hot, and delicious. I will definitely be back!

We ate here for the first time 2nite. Let me just say wooow! Everything was delicious! The ribs were to die for! Some of the best ive ever ate. Our waitress Samone was phenomenal!! She was such a pleasure to talk with and she made sure to stay on top of things to ensure our meals were perfect. She was such a delight!! As an added bonus My teens really enjoyed the pool table and darts. We will be back again real soon!!
