West Henly Boil Shack - Johnson City

Great food and awesome service! We brought a big group of kids and they were totally accommodating and friendly. And to top it off, my wife accidentally left her purse here and the staff kept it completely safe until the next day. Thanks and we’ll be back soon!

We found this place while trying to find another restaurant that we wanted to visit. We quickly checked what kind of food they served and our mouth watered when we read your menu. I love crawfish and was excited to see that in your menu. We ordered the crawfish etouffe and the crawfish boudin balls. We also got the kids tenders, burger and fried shrimp. It was so dam good we had to order theBoudin balls and etouffe to go. The service was great and they took the time explain what was in the food and what they recommend. The atmosphere was nice and even though they lost power for a few minutes the servers kept us entertained until the power returned. This is a gem of a restaurant and I'm glad I now have a real place to eat when I visit Fredericksburg. 1000% recommend this place.

Great food. Had the queso blanco for appetizer. Then had the pork chop for the entree.

Excellent lunch down at the West Henly Boil Shack.. the pork chop is double thick and super juicy. The sides were excellent and the fried shrimp was a good choice to add on. Went back the next day for the shrimp basket. Definitely going to be a go to spot from now on.
