Chuck E. Cheese - Joliet

We had the pleasure of taking our grandchildren to this Joliet location, and we were very impressed not only by the cleanliness of the facility (including the restrooms) but also by the friendliness of the staff! We experienced warm smiles, helpful suggestions, and plenty of patience as the little ones chose their prizes. What a fantastic team! The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. We will definitely come back!

To make matters worse, it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, and that was only because I inquired about its status. We ended up spending $99.09, and after our kids played games for about an hour and won tickets, they came away with just two mini Blow Pops and a plastic ring. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the money we paid. In summary, I’d recommend saving your money and looking for a better place to eat; you’ll definitely get more value elsewhere.

This establishment exhibits highly discriminatory behavior towards Black individuals. My family organized a birthday party here, and the staff and management were incredibly rude, not only to our group but also to other people of color hosting events. The general manager was present, yet there was no improvement in the treatment we received. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would.

I brought my daughter here tonight, and the coworker who helps in the price range used profanity while talking to another worker before the hospitable. this is not possible, especially where children are present. also there is no personal at the exit to ensure that children go with the right person. that is very dangerous and insecure.

The little one enjoyed her time and loved all of the games. We all enjoyed the food, pepperoni pizza with a cheesy crust. The only thing that was unpleasant was that the restrooms were both down and the employees were did not inform us. Thankfully for us, we had two adults in our group so the little one could plan while we took turns going to the gas station to use the restrooms there.
