The waitress was quite disappointing. She forgot to bring the ice water we requested and spent an excessive amount of time packing up orders at the table next to us. When she finally brought our food, it was barely warm. She also forgot to bring the sour cream and butter for the baked potato, and by the time she remembered, we were nearly finished with our filets. There was no apology for the delays or the oversights. It seemed like she might be new, lacking experience, or possibly both.

This was our second visit to the restaurant. Our first experience was excellent, but this time it was quite different. Given the price, I expected the steaks to be tender and cooked perfectly, but they were overcooked. It also took significantly longer for us to receive our meals, and our server seemed to have too many tables to manage. Despite this, our server was courteous and sincerely apologized for the delays. While I'm willing to pay high prices for a great dining experience, I think this will be our last visit. We were informed that they were short-staffed and they apologized for the inconvenience, but it felt like the staffing issues extended into the kitchen as well.

I always have a relaxing time and enjoy a wonderful dinner here. GIGI is consistently our server, and she is exceptional!

The service was very good. Chicken breast was extremely overcooked. Unable to make a dent in the chicken with a knife. Needless to say the chicken was not edible.

Nice place to have a relaxing and quiet dinner after a busy time in the casino. But, after went back for another try to win a jackpot--lol.
