Ihop - Joliet

We had a great dining experience! My wife ordered a T-bone steak, potato pancakes, and hash browns, while I had a cheeseburger. The total came to just $40.00, and we only spent extra on drinks.

Let me just say I love ihop. the personal of this location was above the average. we were greeted by a host and sat right away. our waitress was such a shady. she made our dinning experience super smooth. She even has a coffee for me.

Her typical ihop, service was good. I set myself fast. the waitress was nice. I ordered the protein breakfast, which just looked sadly dressed. friend had regular breakfast sampler who looked decent. the French toast was delicious. the fertile side could have had more fruit in it, it was very shameful. Hopefully they can work on their portion sizes.

How wrong they can go with pancakes. ok on the motherly day we went here about 25 people in line open tables they seemed more interested in the Grub Hub or what ever delivery she got. that's a picture this morning when people waited.

As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The funnel cakes had barely any powdered sugar, no whipped cream, and none of the fun sprinkles you’d expect. IHOP used to be a family favorite, and maybe some locations still offer fair prices and good food. But as for the Joliet location? It’s definitely worth the trip to another town for your pancake fix.
