Red Lobster Joliet

Very good food but it took awhile for our drinks to come out. We also got out appetizers, drinks, bread and salads at the same time.

I know it’s New Year’s Eve but they Didn’t let us know our table was ready and they also took forever at the bar which I know the bar was busy people waiting for tables I just felt like it took for ever

Birthday the place was so crowded and slightly under staffed but great job and service (just a little slow due to crowd)

Used the app for priority seating. Arrived 15min early from what I scheduled. Still waited over an hour for a table. Otherwise food was good. Waiter Ryan was great!

Our server was excellent, but the meal itself was just okay. The potato upgrade, which included barely any lobster, wasn't worth it. Overall, the dining experience was decent, but for $135 for four people, without any appetizers, it definitely wasn’t exceptional.
