Caribou Coffee - Joplin

Nicest lady on earth. 10/4/22 1200 noon!!! Coffee is awesome and cinnamon cake yummiest. But the lady that served us was the greatest ever!

I almost gave this 2 stars because the coffee was decent, but the review is about the food. I had wanted to try caribou's menu for a while now but never had the chance until this morning. I was very hungry and usually two menu items from any other restaurant is more than enough for me, so I ordered a latte, soufflé and an artichoke, spinache egg and provolone sandwich, which cost over $20. Tried caribou for the first time. What a joke. I feel like I was robbed but that is not the main issue. The issue is that for the money that I paid I got a prepackaged breakfast that was heated up in the microwave and the vanilla latte tastes awful and I had to pay 15$ for it. At dunkin you pay 12$ for a vanilla late, freshly made breakfast sandwich (they take their time to put all the things together in order to make the sandwich) and two donuts and everything is delicious! Love the coffee but not all the workers are nice. Abby at petro caribou is rude and hateful. I have one girl that I can count on my drink being amazing no matter what. Will be turning around and leaving if Abby is working from now on.
