I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. The cashier was quite rude, which set a negative tone for my visit. Additionally, I found the prices to be higher than at any other Taco Bell I've been to. To make matters worse, the rice in my burrito was very hard, making it inedible. Since I was traveling and wouldn't have the chance to return for a refund, I had to accept the loss.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was the best I've ever had from a Taco Bell. My burritos were perfectly made and very tidy—not messy at all!

Wasn 't bad. The quality anyway. I ordered 2 soft taco supreme without sour cream. I wanted tomatoes without sour cream. I know that 's complicared and selfish. I don 't want sour cream. I know it 's un-American, but I paid for it. The cashier was so quickto get me out of his face, that he didn 't listen at all. I didn 't check. Deduct 2 points from me for that, cause I 'm tired andgot back to my truck and saw sour cream and decided that I 'll eat tomorrow. Too exhausted to take time to fix it. Detailsmatter. Wherever you go or whatever you do will be what you are known for. People who are mediocre live mediocre lives. Peoplewho are detailed are trusted with more and find themselves in successful places. I 'm proud of these young folks for working.High five fir that. Now learn how to do it right and realize that your customers also work and are very inconvenienced when youdon 't care. Often times I 'm on a very tight schedule and I can barely stop to eat and have to take it with me and eat while I 'mmoving. I believe that I work hard fir the money that I spent on those darn tacos and if I say No sour cream! , that 's what Iexpect. How would you act if I paid you half what you were worth for your days work? Guess it would matter more that it wouldeffect you. Stop being selfish and lazy. You went to work. Great. Now do your job

Customer service is horrible, the cashier was unpleasant and seemed upset that she had to do her job and take our order. Well I ordered from the Pizza Hut that is literally connected to the Taco Bell, I got my food fast and my fiancé had to wait 20minutes for a bowl from taco bell while we sit there and watch customers after us get their food within 5 minutes lol what ajoke. We ultimately got our money back and left.
