Wendy's - Joplin

Lying staff and manager. My so and I had car trouble which was taking a few hours to get help. They called the police, LOL. We were paying customers parked in nobody's way. Funny stuff. 7th St is better by far

Food was typical, no issues. Service was slow and uncaring — absolutely no urgency or kindness. Unfortunately the value menu has really declined. This is somewhat understandable but certainly unfortunate.

The ordering process was terrible!!!! I am not sure the guy knew how to communicate efficiently. I had to repeat myself several times, with long periods of silence from him. I would have to say hello can you hear me. “Yeah”. No obviously not what I am ordering is not popping up on the screen. Then comes my total…. Um no sir that was 2 combos not just one. Manager was hateful to an obviously new employee. I've seen him treat other employees like that previously.

Everything was freshly made and tasted great! French fries were piping hot and staff were very efficient and friendly
