Wendy's - Joplin

We went in for a small bite to eat. The staff was kind of “standoffish” it seemed. On e we started a conversation with the young lady that took our order we found her to be very friendly. I complemented her ear rings and she took them off so I could see them better. Our order was filled quickly and tasted great.

Ordered the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. Was super excited about this as driving thru and seeing advertising signs saying extra sauce not needed. It looks GREAT on their signs. Concept sandwich was good, a spoonful of marinara was a HUGE disappointment! Drove 3 minutes back to my work and bun was dry with a 1” spot of red where very little marinara was put. Signs show it dripping down the whole sandwich, definitely not the case. New peppermint frosty was a letdown as well. Alm … – show

We will not come back here ever again we walked in and they didn't even say anything to us just looked at us and walked away very rude people

Food was a little bland, especially the chicken nuggets.

There morning staff are always friendly and services are above par for sure.
