Wendy's - Joppatowne

The absolute worst customer service and longest wait times you will experience at any establishment, terrible. I seriously don’t know how they could still be in business. I guess anyone can make it.

Food was cold ,they forgot a few items not impressed with this location.

If you go here for breakfast, the ladies that work there in the morning are super nice and the food is good.Don’t go to this Wendy’s in the evening! The food is fair, but the two times I’ve been there in the evening the two young women working the second window have both been super rude. The one that handed me the food this evening was the worst. She never spoke, clearly had an attitude problem, and when I thanked her anyway she turned and walked away. And this happened with the Manager standing right there. This is one business that will never see another penny from me!

The fries were cold, the burger was too burnt to eat. It was literally not edible. I asked for no cheese and there was cheese. There is absolutely no thought or care put in to the product they serve you. Unfortunately I took this to go and didn't realize the slop that they sold me until I was home.

Walked in with my wife for dinner at 5:50 and I was told by a chubby guy with a hightop fade that the dining room was closed and it was only drive-thru.. Funny thing is the doors remained unlocked because at least 4 more ppl walked in and they turned them away..
