Love that our waitress was a very nice lady that kept up with us to make sure everything was going okay and she also gave us a very cute plate for our 4yr. Anniversary date as well, which was very nice and thoughtful of her to do for us!!! My husband and I loved this restaurant, and the ppl who work here are very nice and it's clean as well. Would go here again but wouldn't make it somewhere we go alot just cause of how expensive they are but for the food and all you get it's definitely worth the price.
You want a 5 star date night experience? You and everyone you know should try this place. Very clean very good service very VERY good food. The lighting was a 3 out of five but it is amazing. So RESERVE your table today.. YOU WONT BE SORRY!
This was our first time at melting pot. I always walk past this place but never made it on time. So I was like let?s try it. The food was on point! Not to mention, the manager and the server (Nick) was spectacular. I highly recommend asking for Nick as a server, informative, entertaining, and most importantly funnyyyy!!!! Will come here again for the desert aspect. The s?mores Chocolate was amazing!!
We went for my daughter birthday on a Thursday at 7pm. The restaurant has 2 other tables with people so it was pretty empty. To make a very long story short, we were there for over 21/2 hours. The server forgot drink orders, and really seemed untrained. She wasn?t sure had what food was available, and kept us waiting and waiting and waiting.. Really poor experience for a special birthday. Update..received a call from the owner who appreciated the feedback even though it was not positive. He offered us an opportunity to return to see how the service has improved. We look forward to coming back to enjoy one of our favorite places to eat and hopefully improved service.
For our friends? anniversary, the table was sprinkled with rose petals and a card from the staff. A plate adorned with a greeting and tiny bite of cake with a candle came with dessert. Each couple ordered an ?experience,? which looks pricey at approximately $25-$30 per person, but is really a bargain for what you get. It also allowed us twice the options by sharing dips. Our server prepared the dips, telling us what she was adding as she went, on hot plates built into the table. The first course is cheese. We had Classic and Alpine with vegetables and bread to dip. Second course is salad (everything was so fresh it might have been picked that morning). Third course is the entree with choices of cooking styles, with instructions (how long to keep veggies and meats in the pot). The finale is dessert with a selection of chocolates and all the ?dippers? we could eat. Again, go with friends for sharing!
