It should give the whole staff the example and not rude, arrogant and talk to customers. I never have experiences in my life so terrible experience in a restaurant. Gretchen, I think her name is, but she was the big slim blonde. She was rude of the second one I asked for a separate bill. Talk back, argues, throw the menus always in and out of the kitchen with the manager screaming. Our $114 bill charged her $30 tip. The menu says there is a 15% size for 5 . There were 8 of us and got 2 separate invoices. She paid $15 each in tip to $61 and a $59 bill. It doesn't matter to give me a 15% tip, but do your mathematics right. Tip shouldn't have been $17. $30 is 15% of $200!!!! She argued and argued when she is wrong. It's 2nd grade mathematics. I asked to talk to the manager and he refused to come out and talk. I asked him several times and waited 10 minutes. He never came out. The other Gale was much more polite, but I don't think she understood. In the end, she took the whole tip off. I told her I don't mind paying for 15%. Even after the whole childish tantrum gave me the blonde gall, I wanted to pay STILL the top. When she started yelling at me, it was. Do you think I wanted to give her a penny after that?? I can't understand why she did this to us. Was it a racist thing? Did she think we were Hispanic, can't we do math? I didn't see she did this to everyone else. Eating was okay. Don't go there, that's all I can say! Talk of bad service. 1. Julian and his bad experience completely destroys our journey.
