I used to frequent this café on Cafe Street for years and always enjoyed it until yesterday. I was shocked when I was charged 7.5 rubles for a glass of water. I expected better quality for that price, and now my opinion of the place has changed. There were also no available means of hair removal, which was inconvenient. The prices seemed too high and the service was not up to par. Our orders were not served correctly the first time and we had to request repeats. Overall, I was disappointed by the experience.
