Taste Grill - KAHIBAH

Not sure about the address listed here on Tripadvisor. Taste is lodged in the Kahibah Sports/Bowling Club in Kahibah Rd Kahibah near Charlestown. Went there for lunch today. Good inhouse menu and specials.$10 lunch special included a pea and ham pie with fresh vegies. Amazing value and a great taste. Off the menu I had Hunters Chicken, chips and salad. Really tasty and individual. Quite impressed with today's lunch. Service was friendly and efficient. Discounts off food for club members. Drink prices at club prices. Enjoyed a Little Creatures Pale Ale in a glass of origin. A well thought out touch. Not all that busy today but can be quite busy so a good idea to book. .

This restaurant is just up the road from me, I took my 2 new housemates up there to have dinner. We went to order at the counter and the waitress said to us "Can you please come back and order in around 45 minutes" " the chefs do not like it when they have more then 17 orders in front of them and get angry" I could see into the kitchen and one of the chefs who sounded British swore at one of the waitresses who was collecting meals. The place was not one bit busy, I was like can we just place our orders now and she replied no. This was easily the worst service I have ever had. If I could rate it at 0 I would. Will not be going back neither will my friends.

Had lunch here and was surprised at the range of pies available. Four of us each had a different type and all were fabulous.

We had a sensational meal here - it was pie night and the pies are absolutely delicious with so many different fillings. Don't expect an ordinary pie though, this is a gastronomic delight! We had a couple of steak and kidney, a steak and guiness and a mince and onion and they were all great but there are so many others to try including mexican five bean, turkey and brie, chicken and mushroom, and lots more. The garlic bread we shared was scrumptious and our wait staff Laura was a gem, she was so lovely and friendly. The regular menu is extensive so can't wait to come back and try everything else. This restaurant rocks!

A casual but busy burger joint (dine in or take away) with alcohol options too! A little on the pricey side but the burgers are delicious.
