Subway - Kailua-Kona

The staff was friendly and professional, and they prepared some delicious sandwiches for us. We ordered takeout for dinner, and it was reasonably priced at around $10–20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4.

I arrived at this restaurant at 7:50 PM only to find it closed. The staff member was still there, but everything was already packed up. He didn't acknowledge my presence and continued with his tasks. While Google Maps states the closing time is 9 PM, the sign outside indicates it's actually 8:30 PM. In any case, it seems they don't mind closing early. I really wish I had checked the reviews before coming here! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

Please update your closing time! It states that you close at 9, but we arrived at 8:30 and you were already closed. We were really looking forward to dining with you!

Absolutely terrible. Ordered food and they closed down the store before I could as it up. They mentioned they stop taking orders at 8 pm and they accepted my order. Got to the store and two guys didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Very bad customer service. They will close down at 8 pm not 8:30 as stated! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
