Wish they would put one in Salisbury ! Perfect location at other end of Salsaritas ! Lots of stores around location.

I feel as though every restaurant has to deal with it. But the staff was so far behind just had to leave the wait was to long and there was only 3 people in the whole place at lunch time.

For having 3 people on the line, it should not have taken 30 minutes waiting on our food. We love Firehouse Subs and have never been to one as slow as this Kannapolis location…

I used to love Firehouse, but after spending $32 on my recent visit, I was extremely disappointed. They've switched to a much denser type of bread, and the bread I received was stale. I won't be coming back! If it weren't such a long drive, I would return it because $32 is too much to waste.

Making a sandwich should be one of the simplest tasks, yet somehow, every time I place a $50+ order here, they manage to get every sub wrong. I end up having to come home and remake my sandwich, which is utterly ridiculous, especially considering the already high prices. I would not recommend this location at all. 10/10, do not go here.
