Happy Snacks - Kapaa

I got a recommendation for this food truck from an employee while in Denver. My father, brother, and I tried a variety of dishes, and they were all absolutely delicious. We give it a 5 out of 5 and plan to eat there again before we leave. Just make sure to place your order in advance!

The food here is incredible! The flavors are truly authentic. I tried the noodles, green curry, and pad Thai, and they were all delicious. The spicy dishes especially stood out; they were fantastic! I usually have a hard time with overly spicy food, but this was a perfect balance of spices and flavors. If you enjoy Thai cuisine, you definitely need to visit this place!

These are the most authentic drunk noodles I had in a very long time. I ordered medium spicy and it was perfect. This is a woman operated food truck, so waiting is long, the food is cooked to order, and definitely worth waiting. Cash is the preferred payment option, but she could take my card.

The coconut dish was fantastic, accompanied by an amazing cream sauce. I also had the mango juice, which was delicious. My only complaint is that it took a bit of time, and they only accepted cash. However, I wasn't in a rush, and it was definitely worth it.

The most authentic thai food we had on the island... straight out of a food truck. Everything was made fresh to order. Food was delicious. We had the lemongrass coconut soup, papaya salad, fried fish plate red curry chicken. We'll definitely stop by there again the next time we visit.
