Shave Ice Tege Tege - Kapaa

So good!!! The fresh fruit syrups tasted amazing, especially when they were paired with some sweet condensed milk on the ice. I got the raspberry and it tasted like I just took a berry out of the bush! It's so funny to watch them shave the ice before you. Good $7 or $8 it is huge, and fresh! (Reminder: only cash). Make sure to get there early before they sell for the day!

100% organic real fruit, handmade shave ice cream. 100% delicious. Never too sweet, always right. Go there early and wait at least 20 minutes, but it is worth it.

So fluffy and tasty, the waiting completely worth (about 25 minutes). They use a hand cranky ice razor and carefully coat the fruit syrup and condensed milk during, which is why it can take a bit of time, but the result is the best rave ice I've ever had! Come early because they can sell out, I just arrived there in time for the last series of orders before they issue their closed sign at 3:45 because they ran out of ice.

It's amazing. Get the soursop. By far the best ice on the island, what can you say about this place that has not been said yet? Really the most fluffy ice, it's almost like fine snow. The flavors are so delicious that you want to try them all, but bmy favorite was the soursop. They have ice for extra, but I don't think it's necessary, it's fantastic. No matter how long the line is, it's worth it.

I read about this shave ice truck on a blog page and knew I had to try it. I love that they use organic ingredients. Getting to watch your shave ice be made is also super fun. I tried the strawberry and it was definitely the best I have ever had. Highly recommend trying it.
