The food are overpriced for their size. They look more like street foods than a restaurant's. Noodles were overcooked and lacking of flavor. Worst. Korean. Food. Ever.

Kimchi rice is ridiculously overpriced. Poor quality. Burnt chicken in bulgogi, also overpriced. Rabokki is underseasoned and tasted like an overcooked instant noodles.

They forgot my noodles and the customer service agent “Lee” was no help at all. Didn’t wanna do his job to process redelivery

This used to be my go-to but my last two orders has been disappointing. The recipe seems to have changed, the chicken pieces are much smaller, and it’s practically thrown in the bag, making a mess. I grieve.

The food took 20 minutes longer than originally estimated.
