Why haven't I come to this place earlier?! A beautiful and warm bistro, cutely designed internally with a menu that differs day to day but never fails to please :
In my dictionary Hashashira means: the soup heaven hidden in a teeny tiny bistro on Vinohrady . This place has a souper soup selection (a cookbook of over 300 signature soups) so you never feel like you had the same soup before. They usually serve Mediterranean food influenced by tastes from Italy, Greece or South France. Each day there is a selection of 3 soups, 3 main dishes and a dessert you can chose from. The food is fun to eat, light and tasty. The staff is souper friendly as the owners are the ones that cook you the food and serve you the plate. It is obvious there is a lot of love and passion invested in this small hidden bistro and it is definitely worth a stop if you are behind the Museum area of Vinohrady. The Soup Mecca!
