Lasagneria - Karlin

I recently tried out the new restaurant, Lasagneria, which just opened this week on Korunni Street. Let me tell you, this place is the real deal. The Bolognese lasagne I ordered was absolutely delicious - the rich pork-beef ragu had complex flavors that clearly showed the love that went into cooking it slowly. The dish also included a true, creamy bechamel sauce, mozzarella chunks, tomatoes, and soft egg pasta sheets. The portion was huge and came served in its baking dish for only 149 CZK. In addition to the Bolognese lasagne, they also offer salmon and vegan versions. Takeaway is available as well. I also enjoyed a 0.7 liter bottle of Lobeč Ležak for 79 CZK. The restaurant has a cute space and is run by super nice folks. My only wish is that they offered more than just lasagne, as I can't eat that every week.

The restaurant offers high quality ingredients that taste homemade. They have a great selection of wines as well. The lasagna, even as a takeaway, is incredibly delicious. The atmosphere is lovely and I would definitely return again!
