What a delightful surprise! Matchstick offers a delectable dessert of fresh cream lightly sweetened with loads of fresh strawberries. The dish felt like it was lovingly prepared with only the freshest ingredients. This hidden gem in Katherine was truly a delightful find.

This is a great place to take a break and watch how the world passes. They sell coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks. One of the best things is the “Tradie Pack” which is a sandwich, sweet and drink, mostly to take, but you can eat. The business also makes party cake to order (the mud cake is to kill for) If you plan a party or celebration of any kind, go to this place as they also sell cake decoration, balloons and all kinds of partyparaphernalia.

Great food and sitting amongst all the flowers was a bit special. Lana is so friendly and the food is always fresh made.
