The entrees and curries are excellent, but anything fried is subpar and overpriced. Unfortunately, they aren't open on Sunday nights and occasionally on Saturdays or Mondays. Additionally, you can't order wine or beer with your meals, which is a missed opportunity.

I ordered pizzas and couldn't even finish half of one because it was soggy and overloaded with strange cheese. The calamari was decent, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they improve their kitchen. I saw some positive reviews about their curries, but those aren’t even available right now since their previous chef is gone. I dislike leaving negative reviews, but honestly, the pizzas were so bad they should have been offered for free.

I enjoyed a delicious seafood basket from this restaurant. The portion was so generous that I had to order it to take away because I couldn’t finish it. The staff were very kind, and the atmosphere was cozy, with all the walls adorned with Australian murals. The menu had some great options as well.

This was without a doubt a five star experience. We went here for dinner and were shocked at the quality of the food for such a low price. We had the barramundi, two barra burgers and the veggie burger (apparently a dish not often chosen but undoubtedly delicious). However the best part of our experience was the service! Thank you to our lovely waitress who went above and beyond to accommodate us, our dietary requests and provided and all round great time! would highly recommend this place if stopping in katherine. great coffee in the mornings too!

We have been back repeatedly. We went as two families with 5 kids. It was a wonderful evening to a hectic day. The staff, particularly Roja (who served us on each night), were friendly and obliging. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. The kids enjoyed themselves and had ice cream for dessert. They also spent time searching for butterflies in the artwork on the walls inside. We had the NT Barra was wonderful. Thanks for making it such a delightful and pleasant experience for our families. A must visit in Katherine
