Arby's - Kaysville

Amazing experience! This place is seriously underrated. Despite being short-staffed and dealing with heavy traffic, my food was excellent and very affordable. The service was impressively fast and the staff was friendly.

I arrived at the restaurant at 9 PM earlier this week, just an hour before closing time, only to find that all the outside lights were off, including the drive-thru menu. I had to wait about a minute before anyone acknowledged my presence, even though I was the only customer in the drive-thru. To make matters worse, the staff seemed quite indifferent. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this location.

I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes, and just when it was our turn, they turned off the ordering board and announced they were closing early due to a lack of staff. There wasn't even anyone behind us—couldn't they take just one more order? I'm so frustrated with employees making decisions that should be left to the owners of fast food restaurants. I'm sure the owner would be displeased to know their staff refused to stay open for the advertised hours simply because they wanted to leave early! This location has lost our business for good, and I will make sure to warn others about the poor service we experienced.

Its food, and its conveniently located right off of the I-15 exit. But don't expect speed or count on friendliness...and definitely check your order before driving away. We have found items missing, frequently.

Holy S ! 45min to complete an order which consisted of two number 11s, a number 10, and a number 12, with two orders of fries, no drinks. First off they misunderstand me when I say ?No fries one of the number 11s? and they think I said I didn?t want thebread. How the hell does ?No fries?? equate to no bread for a sandwich? Anyway, DON?T come here. If you value your time andpatience, DON?T come here. However, if you choose to come here, perhaps you can end up getting a free meal?after 45min. SMDH
