Contribuisci feedbackThis Wendy's was disappointing. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed with the amount of customers. It appeared that someone may have quit while we were there, which could explain some of the issues. The food was not great, as some of it was cold. Hopefully the management can improve the employee schedule to ensure a clean environment and faster service. Having a dedicated employee for cleaning and restocking during busy times would make a big difference. The photos show overflowing garbage cans, empty ketchup dispensers, dirty floors, and a cluttered area behind the cashier. The tables were dirty and there was garbage scattered throughout the restaurant.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your Wendy's location in Kaysville. On 7/22/2021, I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and waited nearly 15 minutes to receive my order, despite being the only customer in the restaurant. To my dismay, the sandwich I received was cold and missing the bacon. It is clear that your staff is unprofessional and lacking in basic sandwich-making skills. This is not the first time such issues have occurred, as evidenced by online reviews and complaints. I urge you to retrain or replace the current staff members to ensure a better dining experience for customers in the future. I can't believe this cost over $8! When did the burger get so small? It seems like they skimped on the fries as well. I probably won't be coming back to Wendy's anytime soon.
The inside is dirty, you're lucky if there are less than 20 flies flying around your food while you eat inside. If you get a mobile order you should remember to open your food up and make sure it's the right sandwich/burger. Employees have been so good until recently. Went downhill hard and fast.
I usually go to this place and I like the staff at the Drive thru because they are polite, but I have a complaint about racism at this store. Some staff members speak Spanish and it was nice to say Hello or thank you in my native language (Spanish). Some of the staff already knew me because I go often and I don't know but for some reason they stopped talking to me in Spanish. I hope all the stores encourage bilingual language. We are a multicultural country and I can't believe I see racism at this time.
