Kempsey Thai Restaurant

We ordered takeaway from this restaurant.I ordered chicken satay. I believe this was reheated in a microwave because i heard the ding of the microwave and the satays were white with no flavour or colour.I also ordered the green curry. This was made with water and paste.... no coconut milk at all.My wifes meals were the same too. Will not be going to this restaurant again when passing thru.Staff were friendly though!

Gegen 18:30, Lokal leer. Mutet eher wie ein Speisesaal mit Garküche an. Viel außer Haus Verkauf. Also dann, probieren geht über studieren. Sehr nette Bedienung, die Zubereitung ist gut zu beobachten. Bier oder Wein könne man sich im bottleshop holen, im Restaurant wird kein Alkohol verkauft. Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte waren wirklich vorzüglich. Sehr natürlich und bekömmlich. Habe in Deutschland so noch nicht Thai gegessen. Das green curry war der Hammer, 1+Fazit: Nicht vom ersten Eindruck abschrecken lassen.

I moved from Kempsey 50 years ago and was of the opinion Chinese was the only Asian food available. Tucked away in a side street - Forth Street- was this little gem. I only had a takeaway but it was as good as any you'd get in the city, a good price and so very quick. I'll be heading there again next time I visit.

Good food at a fair price. All the family enjoyed it. Try the cocnut eice with the panang. Simply beautiful

Love to get a Thai meal every so often. And at Kempsey Thai, the food is always fresh, tasty and affordable. Service is friendly and quick.
