Riverview - Smithtown

We just had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! We arrived with two grumpy kids and our puppy, so we didn't have high expectations, but the staff assured us that the pub is friendly for both children and dogs. How fantastic! From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered, including those at the bar, restaurant, and management, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The kids were welcomed with coloring packs, enjoyed the totem tennis set, and had a blast in the playground, while our puppy was provided with a water dish. The menu was the best we've seen in the entire area, covering Arakoon, The Rocks, and Hat Head, and our meals were delicious. I can't express enough how fantastic our experience was. Thank you so much, and we look forward to returning next year!

What a wonderful little place to enjoy some drinks or simply have a chat over lunch! The food is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

I dined here on Saturday night, and I must say that the new chef, Kate, did a fantastic job. We had a table of 15, and every single meal was delicious. I highly recommend the pumpkin salad and lamb shanks. Great job, Kate and team!

We had the perfect Straya day, listening to the very talented Benje Travis on the tunes....with a guest appearance by Christian Gibbs.....Everyone was really happy with their meals and the staff are delightful....every time....well worth the short drive from Port.....cheers and thanks !

We regularly eat here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is of good quality. You can sit inside or out depending on the weather. Lovely view of the river while you eat or just drop in for a quiet drink. We recommend you stop in for a visit.
